ESTOPPEL REQUESTS
For resale and refinance transactions

Please submit your estoppel request to our bookkeeper, Michele Drake, at michele.drake@att.net. Estoppel fees are $100.00 for a 10-business-day turnaround and an additional $100.00 for a 3-business-day turnaround, payable at closing. Please email Michele a copy of the Warranty Deed and New Owner Information Form after each closing, even if no fees are due.

For refinance transactions, an account statement will be provided at no charge. Please email your request to our bookkeeper at michele.drake@att.net.
