Architectural Review Committee

Procedure and Application

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must approve in writing any modifications to homes in Tequesta Pines. This includes exterior painting, window and door replacement, roof replacements, fencing, driveway modifications, major landscape changes, pool construction or modification, and other property modifications.

ARC approval must be obtained before beginning work or applying for required permits with the Village of Tequesta. The ARC meets once per month at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors. Applications must be submitted completely, by 5:00 PM the Friday before the Board meeting to be considered at the meeting. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered until they are correctly submitted.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in completed work being removed at the owner's expense. Applications must be submitted in their entirety as PDF or JPG files by the homeowner. Contractors may not submit applications on homeowners' behalf.
